1. Who we are

2. What this site is

The site presents Kamiza, a 3D table configurator for carpentry workshops and furniture makers, and is for information only. Nothing on it is a binding offer: prices, features and availability are confirmed in a written quote or agreement.

The Kamiza service itself – the configurator and the cloud platform – is provided to each customer under a separate agreement. These terms do not govern it.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine inquiries. You may not disrupt or overload the site, probe it for weaknesses, harvest its content automatically or send unsolicited or misleading messages through the form.

4. Content and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, renders, screenshots, logos and the Kamiza name and mark belong to Bregant digitalne integracije d.o.o. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other reproduction, distribution or use needs our written permission.

5. Demo and external links

The live demo at demo.kamiza.si and the other sites we link to are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content.

6. No warranty, limited liability

We take care that the information is accurate and the site works, but we provide it “as is”, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Bregant digitalne integracije d.o.o. is not liable for damage arising from the use of this site or from reliance on its content. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, is not limited.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the one cookie we use in the Cookie notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; the version published at the time of your visit applies.

9. Governing law

Slovenian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction for the seat of Bregant digitalne integracije d.o.o.. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
