Privacy policy

1. Controller

2. Contact form

When you send an inquiry we process your e-mail address, first name, phone number, company, message, the language you used and any files you attach. We use them to answer you, prepare a quote or arrange a demo.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – steps you ask us to take before a contract – and, when you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

The inquiry is delivered as an e-mail to our mailbox and handled there; the website itself stores nothing in a database. We keep inquiries until they are dealt with and for at most two years after our last exchange, unless a contract follows or the law requires longer.

3. Server logs and abuse protection

When you open the site, our hosting provider records your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type in server logs. This is needed to run and secure the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)); the logs are kept for a short period.

To limit abuse of the contact form, our server keeps the IP address of each sender in memory for up to one hour and accepts at most five inquiries per hour from one address.

Your browser's language setting is read to pick the site language on your first visit; it is not stored.

4. E-mail

If you write to info@bregant.si, we process what you send us in order to reply, on the same basis and for the same period as inquiries from the form.

5. Who receives your data

Two providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Railway Corp. (USA), which runs the web server, and Google (Google Workspace), which delivers and stores our e-mail. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

6. No tracking

The site uses no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies and loads no third-party scripts; fonts and images come from our own server. The only cookie is described in the Cookie notice. The live demo at demo.kamiza.si is a separate service with its own privacy notice.

7. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of processing and for a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@bregant.si; we answer within a month.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, attachments are checked before they are passed on, and access to our mailbox is limited to the people who handle inquiries.

9. Changes

We update this notice when the site or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
